Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes the manner in which CallNoty and its related operational services may collect, store, use, maintain, and administratively process information in connection with the availability, support, operation, and technical continuity of the CallNoty application and associated services.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to information processed in connection with your installation, authentication, ordinary use, support handling, account administration, feature operation, and lawful maintenance of the CallNoty service environment. By accessing or using the application, you acknowledge that certain operational information may be processed as reasonably necessary for the delivery, troubleshooting, continuity, and improvement of the service.
2. Information We May Process
Depending on the features you use, CallNoty may process account identifiers, login information, company or staff references, contact records you create, call-related metadata, follow-up and task records, financial and document records you generate, device identifiers, subscription status, and limited technical diagnostic information.
Certain platform, network, environment, country, currency, device, and session-level attributes may also be processed for operational continuity, subscription routing, abuse prevention, and environment validation.
3. How Information Is Used
Information is used primarily to provide app functionality, maintain account continuity, process purchases, support synchronization, restore access, maintain service reliability, and improve product performance. In addition, operational logs and technical records may be reviewed for debugging, error isolation, release validation, compatibility testing, service diagnostics, and general product improvement purposes.
This includes processing undertaken to investigate failed sync, payment-state mismatches, purchase restoration issues, device-specific instability, performance regressions, and other support or testing scenarios reasonably related to service operation.
4. Disclosure and External Sharing
CallNoty does not sell, rent, or otherwise provide user information to unrelated external companies for advertising, profiling, or commercial resale purposes. Data is not disclosed for independent third-party marketing exploitation.
Where technically necessary for hosting, authentication, billing, platform distribution, lawful compliance, infrastructure protection, or service continuity, information may pass through or be processed by platform operators or operational service providers strictly in the context of enabling the service. Such processing does not constitute a transfer for promotional resale or unrelated commercial reuse.
5. Diagnostics, Testing, and Service Improvement
For testing, troubleshooting, release verification, fraud prevention, and app performance improvement, certain operational data, crash indicators, payment-state results, device or environment data, and technical request metadata may be reviewed and retained for a limited period as operationally necessary. This processing is intended solely to support product quality, stability, defect resolution, and service continuity.
No representation is made that every diagnostic artifact can always be entirely isolated from broader platform or infrastructure handling, although reasonable efforts are taken to avoid unnecessary exposure and unrelated disclosure.
6. Retention and Account Deletion
Information may be retained for the period reasonably necessary to maintain your account, preserve lawful business records, support subscription validation, maintain security controls, resolve disputes, enforce applicable terms, or fulfill technical and legal obligations.
If you wish to request deletion of your account, you may contact us using the official account deletion request channel. Certain records may be retained where continued retention is reasonably required for compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, payment reconciliation, or backup integrity.
7. Subscription Access, Lifetime Access, and Platform Dependency
Certain paid plans may be described as recurring, annual, or lifetime access. References to lifetime access are understood in the context of the commercially available lifecycle of the product and the practical operability of the applicable service environment, and should not be construed as an unconditional guarantee of perpetual future interoperability across all future versions of Android, iOS, device classes, payment platforms, regulatory conditions, or third-party ecosystem policies.
Platform vendors, operating system maintainers, billing providers, device manufacturers, and regulatory frameworks may, over time, impose compatibility, distribution, runtime, network, background execution, permission, security, or payment restrictions that can materially alter the manner in which software functions or is permitted to operate. Such changes may affect current app behavior, future supportability, or the continued technical availability of one or more features, whether under a lifetime plan or any other plan category.
By using the service, you acknowledge that long-range platform continuity is subject to conditions that may exist outside the direct control of the publisher, and that commercially reasonable efforts do not amount to a guarantee against all future third-party technical or policy changes.
8. Security
CallNoty applies commercially reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, or loss of service-related information. However, no networked service, third-party platform, or remote infrastructure can be represented as entirely immune from interruption, unauthorized activity, or environmental risk.
9. Children’s Use
CallNoty is not intended for children, and the service is offered for business, organizational, or adult productivity use. If you believe information has been submitted in error in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, please contact us so the matter may be reviewed.
10. Policy Changes
This Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect legal, operational, technical, or product-related changes. Continued use of the service after such revisions may constitute acceptance of the revised policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
