This Privacy Policy describes how the Daily Hadis app (“we”, “the app”) handles information when you use the application.

1. Information we collect

Daily Hadis is designed to work with minimal data:

No account required. You do not sign in or create an account.
Data stored on your device only. Your preferences (e.g. favorites, reading history, notification settings) are stored locally on your phone and are not sent to our servers.
Hadith content. The app uses bundled hadith texts that are stored and read on your device. No hadith content is transmitted to us for processing.

2. How we use information

Because we do not collect personal data from you, we do not use your information for advertising, analytics, or sharing with third parties. Any data that exists stays on your device and is used only to provide app features (e.g. showing your favorites, history, and notification times).

3. Notifications

If you enable notifications, they are scheduled locally on your device. We do not send push notifications from a server or track when you receive or open them.

4. Sharing and system features

When you use “Share” in the app, the text you share is passed to your device’s system share sheet and then to the app or service you choose (e.g. messaging or social apps). We do not receive or store that shared content.

5. Home screen widget

The home screen widget displays the last hadith you viewed. This data is stored only on your device and is not sent to us or any third party.

6. Children

Daily Hadis does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The app is suitable for general use and does not require registration.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when changes are made. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
