SpotBill Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 5, 2026

1. Overview

SpotBill is a business billing, inventory, customer, reporting, and kitchen-order application operated under its respective brand. This policy explains what information may be stored, how it is used, how long it is retained, and the limits of our service.

2. Information We Store

Depending on the features used, SpotBill may store:

3. How Information Is Used

Information is used to provide billing, inventory, reports, synchronization, printing, sharing, account access, support, security, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and service administration. We do not sell customer business data as a product.

4. Service Administration and Account Access

To maintain, secure, and improve SpotBill, authorized members of the app team may access your account, shop data, and related records when reasonably necessary for troubleshooting, technical support, quality testing, service verification, fraud prevention, or operational administration. This access may occur without prior notice to you. By using SpotBill, you acknowledge and consent to such access for these legitimate service purposes.

5. Online Synchronization

When online synchronization is enabled, business records may be transferred between the app and our server so that authorized devices and staff can use the same shop data. Users are responsible for using secure credentials and authorized devices.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Server-side retention for SpotBill follows the policy below:

Users who need records beyond these periods must export or back them up before the applicable retention period ends. To request account or data deletion, use our account deletion page.

7. Local Backups and Your Data Responsibility

SpotBill provides a local database backup feature so you can save a copy of your business data on your own device or storage. Because SpotBill is a digital software product, data loss may occur due to device failure, operating system issues, app errors, synchronization problems, network interruptions, accidental deletion, or other technical events. We cannot guarantee that data will always remain available, complete, or recoverable.

You are solely responsible for periodically creating local database backups and storing those backup files in a safe and separate location. Before relying on any invoice, payment, report, or synchronization result, review the displayed information and maintain your own independent business records.

8. Security Limitations

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the service, but no local device, network, server, or software system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or continuously available. Users should protect passwords, devices, backup files, and access credentials.

9. Third-Party Services

The app may use hosting, authentication, storage, messaging, printing, analytics, payment, or other service providers to operate its features. Such providers may process information only as needed for the relevant service and may have their own terms and policies.

10. Account and Deletion Requests

Users may contact the support channel shown in the app or submit a request through https://mobizate.com/spotbill/delete-account for account, access, or deletion requests. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, or legal obligations.

11. Changes

This policy may be updated when the app, service, retention policy, or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be shown in the app and on this page.

12. Contact
